help! cannot make calls

I cannot make calls and receive calls from tonight. There's sufficient fund in my account. Anyone know why?

Does the service say active in the self-serve?

If so then you can try the lost/stolen trick.

Or does it say suspended? Is this the end of your term?

thy this solution,  seems to work in many instances.  if it does not please provide screenshots of payment history and overviw page. try losrt stolen trick first
