fee for message

My plan doesn't include text message.  what is the fee charged for each message I send or receive?

^ The way Koodo Prepaid & Public Mobile Prepaid is the Preferred way of how Prepaid Service is suppose to be.

You can have as much money in your public mobile prepaid account, it will never be used for overages or for any pay per use charges.

For example what's happens with all prepaid providers is say you put $35 into your account for your plan fees and in the background somehow data gets used or someone may send you an incoming text now all of a sudden you don't have enough money for your plan fees. You get what I mean. It gets even worse with Bell Prepaid they take your money and you have no idea where it went because there self serve site shows nothing.

 I dont believe there is pay per use with public mobile. If you dont subscribe to say text messaging you just cant use it. the same with calls as well as data.
