Hello. I bought a new device and want to transfer my eSIM to it while keeping my phone number. I know that eSIM transfer is not supported yet, but I can’t buy the new esim on the app as recommended by agents. It doesn’t show option to buy eSIM at all. How to solve this?

Depending if you have an android or iPhone. Go to Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Once you download the PM app and login to your account then purchase a new eSIM (free if you have eSIM in your old phone). The system will transfer your account to the new eSIM including your number.

iPhone 16. Now the option to buy a new eSIM for $5 shows up. But my only concern is will I be able to keep my old phone number with the new eSIM?

What phone is that? Try uninstall PM app and reinstall
If that still not give you an eSIM option, ask PM to check
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
