hi. so my plan was suspended after not going through and it charged me again almost 14 dollars but i just paid today

Is the extra funds sitting in your Available Funds area? If so, it is just as easy to leave it there and it will be used up first on your next renewal.
If the extra funds are not showing on your Self Serve account, are you looking at pending charges on your credit card?
If so, one may fall away after the charges become authorized.

sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account, if you found at Available Funds: $ ? has the amount left, leave it for next bill cycle the will take it from there automatically,
or Explain your issue to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent ,
