Before proceeding further, I would wait, as you were told it could take up to 7 BUSINESS days and it has only been 5. 95% of people in this community are fully satisfied, or even more than satisfied by the services provided by PM. You need to understand that this smaller-scale company is dealing with back log due to the immense traffic from the promo. I understand your frustration (I've dealth with simillar frustration with my past carrier), but making these posts wont help you.
