Hi, I am thinking for getting the deal on PM.   90 days- 4 GB/month.   Since I am only getting the Unlimited Province Wide, is the Data Coverage also province wide ONLY, or actually Nation-Wide ?  If someone can kindly clarify this for me it will be awesome.

Yep providing your plan remains in good standing, it will grandfather after 90 days.

So .. regardless my VOICE plan is province wide or nation wide, the included plan data will always be nation-wide then ?

province wide is limited to voice only.  Text and data works without issue throughout Canada.  You will need a long distance addon for out of province calls.

Data coverage is nation-wide using the Telus network.

Anywhere you can get Telus coverage, you can get Public Mobile coverage.

Great question, I was wondering the same thing as well. I would assume that the data would only be province wide as well. Not sure though.
