it says that my account was created, and the payment was taken successfully, but yet for some reason, it said it was unable to complete activating my Sim Card if you're able to help in doing that, I would appreciate it

This seems to be an issue for new members on PM. You need to contact a CS_Agent directly to help you complete the activation of your SIM.
