change number page returns error

Wondering if this part of the site is down?  When I go to Plan and Addon page, or on change number page if I enter a number, I get redirected to an error page:

Generic Error

Oh no!
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.

Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page.

Switching from Chrome (which returned the error you reported) to Internet Explorer solved this problem for me.

Many have reported clearing browser cache, trying different browser works.  Give it a try.  If all else fails, contact a moderator for assistance.  If you are unsure how to contact a moderator for assistance, check out this link.
