port successful 24 hrs ago. Can call out but can't receive calls or voice mails & phone says SIM card not working. PM tells me complete SIM & activation onine form, but form won't complete claiming I am using an email (my own) that is unavailable/already in use. Very frustrating! Help, please.

Welcome to PM. You just have to wait a bit more as it usually takes 2-3 days for a successful number Porting. You might still be able to receive calls on your old sim till then.
And for activation form completion, try clearing the browser cache and restarting it. You might have got disconnected while activating as the site is slow. If you still can't fill the form, try contacting the moderator from the " ? " at the bottom right of this page.

@Motorhead That message means that there is a problem with you port and you need to contact PM and supply them with the correct/missing information.
To contact Public Mobile click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
