I just received my sim card in the mail... went through the activation process... using the same VISA debit card I used to purchase the sim.. but when I get to the last part of the activation process..it wont complete... 1st time.. it reacted as if my card info couldn't be confirmed.. then the 2nd and 3rd time I reentered the card info as slowly and carefully as possible.. but then on those 2 tries..when I press activate or process... it goes to a "web site not found.. error message

how is your internet connection? cause I would suspect you lost access to the internet. try a closing your browser and start again. if you are getting that message you have not activated. Its safe to try again.

i just completed the process and I had a few tries that did not work. I am sure you aren get charge not till you complete the process. are you seeing any error messages?

Try the sim in your phone, does it connect to Public's network? If you dial *611 is your account activated and can you make calls? If yes, try to access your selfserve account. If you can't then click here to register your selfserve account.
If your sim can't connect to the network then you need to try the sim activation again after the previous session lock clears (takes about an hour to clear).

@castiel2014 Did you get charged. If you didn't then there is nothing to worry about. All you have to do is wait an hour for it to reset and you can input all the information again. Do It in Chrome in intigonto mode. You could always try again later on. It could be the system at the moment.

Yes, your sim could be locked.

I didn't pass it.. I pressed the proceed button at the very last portion... and it goes haywire

@castiel2014 Clear your cache and cookies and try intigonto mode. Try using different web browsers or devices. Most of the time its the web browser thats the problem. Chrome with intigonto mode works well for me. Keep trying every hour. You might have to wait an hour between sessions as it locks your SIM for 1 hour. If you passed the payment section and got charged try putting the SIM in the phone. Does it work ?

Did it take a payment from your cc?
Is your phone working?
Clear your browser cache/history/cookies. Close browser and open a new browser in incognito/private mode. Also, you can try a different browser.
Enter the credit card address Exactly as it appears on your statement.
Leave the apartment field blank. If needed enter your apartment number in the street address field.
Enter your postal code without spaces unless there is a space on the credit card statement then enter the first 5 digits only with the space.
Note: The credit card will get locked after a few failed attempts. You will then have to contact a moderator for assistance to have it unlocked.

now I have pressed activate 3 times... and wont try again because I don't even know if im being charged numerous times
