Dial 611. You should be able to get a recording of your balance. If your balance is enough to pay for your plan then just let it be until morning. Are your services still working?

Please use the chatbot SIMon to help you solve your issue. If SIMon cannot solve your issue then you have the option to contact a moderator.

Is your account active? If you can dial 611 what does it say for status. If you can't dial 611 then perhaps your account has become deactivated.

Hi,
I have tried the self serve and receive this message - ForgotPassword/OldPasswordNotValidContactAdmin
my email address is vida.house@hotmail.com. I would appreciate a temporary password for cell phone number 416-949-0848. I have tried many times and have been unable to reset the password. I am extremely frustrated.

I have been testing again for the past 2 days and its been working fine. It takes a few minutes for the email to arrive but make sure to click the link as soon as you receive it.
