can send/receive data but cannot make a call

Hi!

Just activated my SIM card and can receive/send text messages, but cannot make a call.  Dial the call and it fails after a while.

Please note that number porting isn't related to the inability to make outgoing calls.

Thanks so much!  That did it.  Restarting the phone and waiting 30 seconds did the trick.  No depths to my appreciation.

@fuzzmaestro  restart your phone. Wait 30 seconds and restart it.  It sounds like sim didn't provision properly.  Contact the moderators and ask them to reset your service.  There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
