activation failed - CC charged

Hey there. Just trying to figure out new plan. I registered, got the following message:

 

- Sorry, your account activation request has failed. Please visit our online community at href=" https://publicmobile.ca/community" Target="_blank">publicmobile.ca/community for assistance.
 
 
Checked my CC, and there is a pending charge. Can't login in to an account.

Can you try the sim in your phone and see if services are working or not? 

 

Sometimes, activation go through even though you get an error and sometimes activation needs to be fully completed from back end and in that case, staff member will help you.
