My SIM activated, phone number working, but mobile data not working

wowww, cool, changed APN, it worked!   Thanks a bunch!

 

@bing_liang_Z  yes that is the issue. Although Public Mobile is owned by Telus. You have to use Public Mobile APN settings.

 

See my first post.

 

Add those APN settings. Or edit your current ones.

hmm, some settings are slightly different,

my APN Name: TELUS SP

      APN: sp.telus.come

 

so they are causing problems?

What is the make and model of your phone?

 

Check your APN settings. For Android phones try editing to this.

If they don't work try these

Save and reboot phone then try your internet.

 

You could also try simply resetting your network settings. A reset will erase your saved wifi connections ,etc.
