It locks out for one hour after trying a few times.  Wait one hour and try again. If still not working, do the forgot pasword process and if still not working, contact Moderator_Team like everyone else said.

@TimMurphy519 Have you tried the password reset button?
Try logging in using Chrome in incognito more.
