I've topped up my account but I wish to change my plan to include the new "bonus" data. It won't allow this change.
I would like:
90 day pass
Unlimited Provincial Talk
Unlimited International Text
12 + 6GB Sata at 3G speed
It's prompting me to "top up" to activate. I already have $156 in my account. It says "Sorry we are unable to process your account. Try again later."

If your account isn't currently active, your only option to do yourself is to reactivate your current plan. As mentioned, a mod will have to help you out if you want to switch plans and reactivate.
