I was looking at my usage history this morning and see several lines that are called "data Event" as opposed to "outgoing call" or "web" etc. It shows the orignating# and destination# as my phone number. Can someone tell me what this is all about. Below is entry.
thanks,
Pat

Thanks to both CellGirl and Tony8 for answering my question and solving the mystery.

Hi. MMS texts use data at no charge. If you attach an image or group text it will be an MMS text message. Normal SMS texts don't use data.

Hello. From your pic, looks like you sent a text message that included either a pic, video, or an audio file? You weren't charged, so no worries 🙂
