Waiting for number port since Nov. 19

I've been waiting since Nov. 19 for number to be ported from Telus.

When I call my Telus number it gives a busy tone.

I would appreciate it if you port my number ASAP because I receive business calls on that line.

Yes I picked a new number and used different email address.

there is signifacnt back log as there are many other people with porting issues

When porting from telus did you: 

pick a tempoary number first

and use a different e-mail address (different from your telus account e-mail) to sign up?
