Public Mobile withdrew my money from my bank account and suspended my account!
Who can activate my account!

Check your PM app and check on the top if your subscription is on the current cycle day frame. It should also indicate “Looking good this month”.
If it is, there were members indicating outage for calling back east and the maritime.

Have you tried making a call? Sometimes those suspension messages are given in error.

is this what showing on your account that the account is suspended? or you just cannot use the service?
try reboot the phone and try your sim in another phone
if you need PM to check your account, open ticket using the orange Chatbot button on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact us to get to the open ticket form
