I just paid 15.00 for US roaming talk and text..but when I made a call it says I have not got roaming

what phone do you have?  to be able to make calls in US, you need a phone that is on PM's own VoLTE whitelist

or you can try changing the network to T-Mobile and change network mode to 2G and test
