The system does not recognize my username, my card on files expires next week? Why is this so difficult with public mobile?

There is a new tab now to manage/update cc in the bottom left of the page when you go into the payment tab. worked for me

Are you 100% certain you're using the correct e-mail address to login to self-serve?
When is the last time you used self-serve successfully?
Try this: On the community, try going into your community profile (click on your community icon picture upper right to the right of the envelope), click My Profile, then scroll down to see the e-mail address under your Private Statistics. Try that one to log into self-serve (unless, of course, it was the one you were trying & doesn't work)

@AnitaPimenta open a new tab in incognito or private mode and try to login with the new password. if you havent logged into your account in a while(2-3months) pm may have disabled your self serve account

I have been patiently trying since last evening. And it says my account email is not recognized, I have been on autopay since 2018 and now cannot update my credit card?

Try: clear cache/site cookies, different browser, incognito/privacy mode.

@HALIMACS : That's the Community change password.
This is the self-serve change password.
@AnitaPimenta : go back in your inboxes and find the welcome email from here. The To: is your login username.

Your username for self serve is your email address. If you're unable to get into your account. Try the forgot password link. If that is not working you have to contact moderator's to get access to your account.

When you get access back to your account. Click "Payment" and bottom left "Manage my card"
