Hello all,
I ported this number in from Chatr mobile, and I can make calls from my phone with the Public Mobile sim card, however when I cann my number it rings on the phone with my Chatr sim card.
I believe I did not succesfully migrate from Chatr to Public Mobile.
Can someone or a moderator help me with this?

If you haven't already done so, call in to Chatr customer service to request your account number. Chatr does not provide this number to customers unless it is asked for. Although there are other pieces of information that are considered acceptable, the account number is almost universally accepted as the prefered type of account information to be used fo number porting.

Hi @patrickhung,
How long has it been since you activated your SIM? It could take some time for the port to go through.
If it has been several hours or more, the port might have gotten stuck for one reason or another. In that situation, you need to send a private message to the @CS_Agent, including your PM account information, as well as your Chatr account information. Moderators are usually gone for the night by now, but will be back in the morning to sort things out for you.
