Unable to receive text message

I recently completed porting my number from Rogers. I’m able to make calls now, but I’m unable to receive text messages. I need help troubleshooting this issue.

Hey Shroom,

I'll assume you're using an iPhone. Sometimes when swapping SIMs, iPhones will fail at the iMessage activation stage. To address the issue you can typically go to Settings > Apps > Messages > Turn iMessage Off then On. Then click Send & Receive > Select Phone number. Let me know what happens after following those steps.
