Unable to get help

Anyone else having a issue getting agents who understand a issue and actually help? 

Backstory: (screenshot of plan)

I was force switched from the old unlimited talk/text only plan to the $18/month unlimited talk/text w/1gig plan. Since the force I lose my texting abilities when my data runs out. I have sent tickets and each have been answered with zero help. I have received one sentence replies, "Thats how the services work.", "would you like to renew early." As the replies before the tickets are closed. Ive tried all trouble shooting on my end and still its happening. Its a service end issue and i dont know what to do other than continue sending tickets in and hope i get someone who understands. 

Has anyone had this issue with agents before?

A 4th agent (in a week span) just got ahold of me. I filled them in with previous tickets and the issue still going on. The agent has instead decided to just send it to support team instead of trying to reprovision. So now i wait for the ST to get it dealt with.

Hopefully you will get a fix. As the agent to refresh or reprovision  your account from their side.

I have made sure rcss is off, cleared caches, rebooted phone with sim removed, reset network settings and rebooted, airplane mode on/off and even tried sim in a different phone. Its the same issue and yes, it only happens when my data runs out.

Have you tried clearing the cache in your messages? And this only happens when you run out of data?

Sending sms doesnt require data.

I did that part as soon as i bought my phone a year ago. Sadly i wish it was just that.

That's odd, I run out of data all the time and I still am able to send a recive sms. You don't need data to use texts.

Based on which phone you have, disable RCS or imessages in your phone's settings. 

Go to settings and turn off RCS chats or imessage, this will force messages to send as regular sms.
