I'm trying to activate my SIM card and port my number over from Freedom Mobile but there's no region available in the drop down for a new number and I get the 'alternate phone number regex help' error when I try to port the number over.
I've tried IE, FF, Chrome. Tried multiple different alternate phone numbers, tried just doing the PIN or IMEI but as soon as I put anything in the alternate phone number field it gives me the error.
If I could get some help getting the SIM activated it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I went through the same troble. I just redid it and it worked.

Yeah had to hit the checkbox before filling out the information above the checkbox...anyways got it going, thanks.

Be sure to click on the checkbox "I am authorized to transfer this phone number" BEFORE you enter any details.
Some other tips to try:
-clear your browser cookies/cache
-use private/incognito browsing mode
-turn off ad/pop-up blockers
-use a different device (tablet, desktop, laptop)
