Unable to Reactivate with $15 Plan

Hi Support,

I need to reactivate my account within the next 5 days to keep my phone number. However, I'm experiencing an issue with the plan change options available to me.

When I click on "Change Subscription," I can only see the following plans:

  • $50/month (100GB)

  • $40/month (60GB)

I'm unable to see the $30 plan or any lower-tier subscriptions, including the $15 plan that I would like to reactivate with. This is limiting my options, as I specifically need to reactivate with the $15 plan option.

Could you please help me understand why these lower-priced plans are not showing in my account, and enable me to select the $15 reactivation plan?

Sorry, but this is a Public Mobile business decision. Different customers get offered different plans and can only choose from the plans that are offered from within the customer's self serve account.
