You Went Beyond the 120 Days of Renewing Plan. When Plan is Renewed, you have 120 Days From time Plan was renewed to top plan

Hi. Simple Answer: Account is PERMANENTLY DEACTIVATED.
You will need to order a New Tri-Sim, and choose New Rate Plan(s)
