Hi all,
 
Urgent help needed.
 
I purchased earllier today 2 US roaming add-ons; 250MB data and unlimited text.
 
Account shows in "My add-ons": 
US Roaming - 250 MB Data (10-day)
US Roaming - Unlimited Text (10-day)
 
The travel is underway (Austin, Texas) and will be for the next five days so no much time left to solve any issues. Basically, cannot receive and send any texts nor use any data.
 
How to solve the issue rapidly? Phone used is Galaxy S5.

1st restart and network search did not work.

 

2nd time did.

Double check 2 things, see if its connected to any USA network;  and if the roaming option on your phone is ON/enable depends on your phone.

@MKT go into your network settings and try manually selecting either AT&T or T-Mobile network isntead of leaving it on automatic network selection.  It may take a while for the list to come up when you tell it you want to manually choose, but wait it out and try it.  If AT&T doesn't work, try T-Mobile, or vice-versa.
