Hi,
I bought a US data roaming add-on yesterday via phone (dialling 611) but it doesn't seem to have gone through? I got the 250MB for $10. I still have the same amount of credit on my account as I did before I bought the add-on and when I check my add-on usage today there's no indication of roaming data. I don't want to accidently pay for it again, is the roaming add-on on my account or did it not go through?

I purchased US Roaming data add on of 1 GB. Can I use it in Canada ????

I am not familiar with using 611 to purchase add-ons. In the website, it's a 2 step process where step 1 results in funds being added to the account. Step 2 applies the funds to making the actual purchase. It seems like 611 is identical. If funds are still in the account, that means no purchase was made. Go back and try to complete step 2.
