@Moderator_Team I bought the US calling add-on last week but it isn't working yet. I tried restarting the phone and connecting it to the local cellular network but no luck. My account says that it's been purchased. Is there way it needs to be activated?

Is it listed in your addon section of the self serve overview page? If not is the amount of the addon showing up in Available Funds? Just checking as purchasing an addon is a two step process and sometimes people do not know about the second step. Did you do the two step process?

@MaliniS, just to clarify, is this a US long distance calling add-on you purchased? The minutes are for consumption while in Canada and connected to the Public Mobile network. The add-on purchasing is a two step process (see link below). Step 1 results in funds going into the account. Step 2 applies funds in account to making the add-on purchase. If the purchase is successful, you will not see funds in the account. You will see the add-on minutes showing in the overview page. Once the add-on is purchase, it becomes usable. There are not additional steps to enable it.
