Cannot receive any call & when I call a local number it said:
Sorry, we cannot complete your call, you do not have the required long distance add on.
AND NO DATA.

There are customers here that have waited longer than that. Bumping your thread isn't likely to help. Have you reached out to any of the other support channels? I think Twitter and Facebook are potential avenues of communication.
Have you restarted your phone? Have you set your settings properly?

The long distance message means you are calling outside your home province with a province wide plan
You can also get that message if you are outside your home province and try to call your home province on a province wide plan.
It helps to know where you are, where you are calling, and where your home province ... Answer those off here before troubling the mods, we might be able to clairify for you.
He mentioned he was making a local call and got that message. There must be something in his setup that must have him in a different region then he actually is.

Herbert, I think you need to pm a MOD and have them look at this. It seems like an issue they can resolve, but there is also a large backlog they are working on.
