Hi, I just activated my mom and brother's sim cards under the same email and I received the confirmation emails for both plans. However, when I sign in using that email I am only able to see my mom's plan. How can I access the information on my brother's plan? Am I able to change the email address for his account?

It’s only one SIM card for one e-mail address.

Great idea! I just tried that however, only my mom's account number appeared.

@aliciagiura since you were able to register both accounts under the same email, I'm wondering if you log in to the self serve and click where it says account#: it might show your brother's account number too.?

Some e-mail providers such as Gmail allow aliases within the same account.
However, on Public Mobile's end, they do not allowed the same e-mail address to be used for two different accounts.That's likely what caused the issue. I'm surprised that the system would allow the activation with the same address.
