Trying to port a number

Hi

I have been trying to port a number from virgin plus to Public mobile for 3 days. Today, I tried to transfer the number again and answered yes to the number transfer request via text. I called virgin plus number transfer department as well and they sent the request to PM on behalf of me as well. I need to know if PM has received this request and if my number is in process of getting transferred?
