Hi, I am using only my new phone now, but the old one was esim with pc mobile, new phone I use public mobile as provider with a physical sim card. The public mobile agent said their customer surves is only gonna be held online.I might just call them again tomorrow.
Thanks for the advice, my previous provider was PC mobile, and I called them today, they let me call the Public mobile. But the Public mobile does not have a contact number, and theie custormer surves is only gonna held online.
you have two phones now? or you meant two accounts on two providers?
if you are talking about porting and unable to reply the porting authorization text, make sure your old provider sim card is in the phone where you receive the text and reply yes to approve the port
