Simply waiting is not going to make your service work.
The fact that you are not connecting to the Public Mobile network and don't have signal means that either yoru service was never activated properly, the wrong network or incorrect network type is selected in your phone's settings, or that your phone is incompatible.
Being able to connect to the network is independent of the number porting request. Ougoing calls, messages, and data should have started working immediately.

i know someone who successfully ported fongo. As the other poster mentioned the new PM account activated immediately (meaning you can make outgoing calls) but the fongo number took a few days to port over properly (meaning incoming calls to the fongo number started to ring on PM sim and not just go to fongo voicemail).

@snoopy198726, account setup is immediate. However, porting from VoIP sources can take longer. If you are unable to connect to the network, I suspect there could be more than just port in progress. Is the self serve account showing an active service?

Porting from a voip number usually takes longer..24 -48 hours in most cases..
