Can I transfer my account to a replacement phone. If so, how do I do that?

Hi there Lab,
You need to make sure that the phone is unlocked, if it's unlocked just switch the sim card to that phone.
To know if it's unlocked, just put in your sim card in it, if it says "unlock network pin required" it means you'll need to contact the carrier from where you purchased the phone to get it unlocked.

If it is an older phone you have to make sure that it is not locked to another network.

As long as your replacement phone works with Public Mobile, the SIM card that connects you to the network will have the same phone number no matter how many times you switch phones.
