Hi Cutiepie, Frist you need to follow all the instructions steps from Public mobile, like select transfer number, the select who provider you from and need to provide account #. After choose to the option for esim. It should be asking you install the app on to your iPhone. Remember don't remove you old sim card yet coz your old provider will send you a text msg to confirm your transfer... You need to reply YES, after your reply the provider will confirmed. Then continue following instructions for setting the esim. It may take a while. When I help my wife doing a iPhone 12 pro esim.. it's take a while. If you living in apartment.
