Hi!
I need help! Public mobile never transferred a new service from my old number they give me a new one. I don’t want that, I want to keep my phone number. Please I have been trying this for 2 days without solution.

Did you port your number from another carrier? You had to reply to the message within 90 minutes saying, yes, did you do that? Was your other account active?
Is the SIM CARD from that other carrier still active to make and receive calls?
