I have a to up of $40 dollars on my account. when I change plan 2 days before the cycle my $40 dollars is not showing up anymore. Is that taken already for my new plan which is $40 dollars worth?

@Edmund2002 : Yes. You apparently chose change plan now rather than at renewal.
