Top Up Not working. Refund possible?

Hi, I paid for an add-on for 1GB of data, but the data didn't work and I was still charged the $15. I needed the extra data in that moment and since it didn't work, I had to just drive somewhere else to find wifi. Is it possible to receive a refund for the $15?

Did you try resetting the Network Settings on your phone?

In Canada (where I always use it). I tried to use it on multiple apps (include Public mobile app itself) and just a simple search on the internet – nothing was loading.

Refunds aren't usually given but depending on the situation, are sometiomes given on a case by case basis at the descretion of a Public Mobile custoemer support agent.  Were you trying to use this data while in Canada or while in the US?
