Hi
I was trying to activate a new SIM card. when i clicked on ACTIVATE SIM CARD, the screen went blank.

If things still don't work, try to clear all the cache from the browser. Then try again. It should work. Also, make sure your browsers are updated to the latest version.

Try using incognito/private browsing mode or use another browser like Firefox or Chrome.

i haven't put my SIM number in yet. i was at the very first step. the screen went blank. any idea?

@amydu First check if you were charged for activation. If yes, the activation might have gone through properly or partially. Insert the sim in your phone and see if it works. If you weren't changed, sim card should still be valid so try activating again. This time try using incognito/private browsing mode.
