Hello, my tickets and messages haven’t been answered in almost 2 days

is this normal?

Hello- How can I submit a ticket the system keeps giving me an error and I have been circling in a loop for too an hour.

@ireniik , if you have submitted a ticket via the normal process and have a ticket number, please be patient.  The support staff has been significantly overwhelmed by the large volume of tickets generated by the recent 50% sale.  There continues to be a higher than normal backlog.  They will get around to resolving every ticket.
