I renewed my plan the day before yesterday. When it was first renewed it worked fine. But then yesterday my texting stopped working and now I can't send or receive texts. I need this fixed ASAP

Log in to your self serve account and see if it says "active"?
If it does try this.
Login to self serve - Plan & add-ons - Lost/Stolen phone - Suspend service.
Logout and wait a few minutes then login and select found phone.
This will not blacklist your phone.
