Text messages not going through

I signed up for 22$/month plan with unlimited call and I think no text messages, I found messages are not going through. I then changed to 25$/month plan with unlimited text and call and still text messages are not going, and it is all within Ontario. 

 

Can you please explain what is wrong with the plan or the SIM?

About two hours ago i received message from moderator Abdoulaye for sending him the PIN. In 11 minutes i replied back and haven't heard back. 

 

Is there any moderator that can help?

You may not to give them your PIN, if you don't remember it .

 

PIN is the code that you had set up when you first register your account with public mobile .

By the PIN do you mean SIM Card # ?

Ok, so you can either wait a bit longer to see if the texts start working, or you can send a private message to the moderator team so that they can check it from their end.  Include your phone number & PIN in you initial message to help speed up initial contact.

- unlimited international text

- unlimited provincial wide call

I changed plan about an hour ago. Yes, I clicked on 'change plan now'. The plan now showing as 27$/month. Yes I've restarted my phone.

@ahaider, when did you change to the talk AND text plan?  Did you do the change as a 'change plan now', or a 'change on the next renewal date'?  What plan do you see in you self serve portal.  Does it show the texting as part of your plan?

Also, just in case, did you restart your phone?
