Telus SIM card not valid?

Hello. Bought a Telus SIM card, your site is telling me that it is an invalid SIM.

Does the SIM have to be a PM SIM?

As for the Telus sim card, every store that I've ever seen has always said no refunds or exchanges on sim cards.  So, you're probably going to be stuck with the Telus sim card unless you wish to give it away to a friend or sell it to someone for a few dollars.

@nbach07Telus sim card does not work Public Mobile.

Telus is only for Telus

Public mobile is only for Public Mobile
