When I try to call my sister, it says talk is not included in your plan but I have the $30 a month unlimited talk and text plus some data.    I was also overcharged for the first month of trying out Pulic Mobile.  I signed up for the $10 a month plan for the first month just to try it out but got charged the $30 a month plan which was supposed to start the next month.

There are no such thing as overages with prepaid.

@MissRenee  are you sure you did a futuredate plan and not a immiddiate plan change?

also can you loginto yoru selfserve account and have a look at what your current plan status is.?

it appears that either your account might be expired, or you might have used up your 50 minutes. if you are still on the $10 plan
