It took longer than I am use to with the other providers but that is why the savings is there. Thanks to Shazia for your proffesional follow-up.

Already re-booted and nothing. I tried Hangouts and it worked on one son with android but not the other with iPhone.

Thanks, my account shows only 2 options talk and data but I ordered the promo 90 day talk and text and then added the 6 gb data. Everything works and I receive texts but can’t send them. I assume the never activated me on the promo plan. No talk and text no PM. Hoping this doesn't have to be escalated to a third party.

In My Account, is your plan showing up correctly (with Text plan activated)? Are all other functions (Voice call and data) working?
If yes, there may be something stuck during porting. Send a Private message to Moderator Team with your SIM#, phone number, email, and description of the problem, and they will be more than happy to assist you.
