I lost my sim card after travelling and have bought a replacement card, when I'm trying to change to the new sim card in the self serve portal I keep getting the error page that "something has gone wrong", I've logged out and back in about 5 times now.

@colin_mccullo , please give incognito mode a try. There might be cache issues getting in the way.
