I am thinking of switching my plan from 25 to 29 dollars a month for 10 gb of data rather than 4. Today is the second day of my 4gb monthly plan, but instead of charging the difference between the two plans and just adding more data, it wants to charge full price. Is there a way to get around this? I dont want to pay twice for one month, and yes this is via the app.
