Currently with Public. When to virgin booth, offered great deal. When they tried to enter my phone in system it says not available. Locked by Public. Tried with Fido and it work with them. Any recommendations?

Thanks. They asked for both. When entering mobile number it returned error.

PM doesn’t lock numbers. If it is an old phone (2017 or older) it could be locked by the carrier but it is strange that it is locked by 2 carriers.
Or Virgin may have entered the wrong information. Did you use your PM account number to port over to Virgin?

Public Mobile doesn't lock numbers, and that is alway shown by the fact that you're Fido will allow the request. You'll need to communicate with Virgin Mobile as it's the carrier that youi're porting to that is responslble for answer all questions, troubleshooting, and performing the number port.
